About Us
The home employs one manager, one deputy manager four senior support worker and seven support worker.
The staff are selected regarding their qualities of reliability, integrity, skill, friendliness and professionalism.
Recruitment and selection are done professionally including the DBS check SOVA (Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults).
Service Users are encourage to visit the home prior to admission. Often day-care is arranged on a regular weekly basis. This gives the client time to get to know the staff and adjust to new people and new surroundings.
A 3-month’s trial period is always given before taking permanent residency.
The home is registered to accommodate 6 persons with learning disabilities and mental health within the registration category of LD MH.
Chiswick Care Limited has not got the facilities to accommodate for persons who require nursing care.
